Susan Nixon is a real estate agent licensed to do business in D.C. and Virginia. Susan brings a wealth of real estate knowledge and experiences from more than 25 years in a wide range of roles in mortgage lending, new home sales, marketing, and luxury magazine publishing. She was the founding publisher of Washington Spaces, a luxury magazine showcasing interior design and real estate in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. This experience gave Susan a unique insight into what makes a house “your home” and how to find it. Susan understands that buying or selling a home can be stressful and is mindful of the emotional and personal challenges. She supports her clients with experience and knowledge knowing a real estate transaction is not just the product of legal and financial negotiations.

The British expatriate arrived in Washington, D.C. in 1981 for a holiday. She stayed and raised her two sons, a daughter, horses and always has a house full of dogs. Ms. Nixon is an active supporter ofMake a Wish, Worthy Dog and other non-profits.
